SendFlowers Pty Ltd is a privately-owned company that has contractual agreements in place to send flowers to postcode areas. By using our service you understand and agree that we can take and use your name and phone number for the purposes of processing your flower order and to market special offers to you when they arise. You acknowledge and give us permission to share your details with the member florists who have a contract in place with SendFlowers.

We are solely a web portal that connects you with independent florists who are members of SendFlowers. Our role is to introduce you to a SendFlowers member to transact the business between you. Any issues you may encounter while using the 1300SENDFLOWERS phone word or www.sendflowers.com.au shall be directed to, and is the sole responsibility of, the member you are transacting with. SendFlowers cannot be held liable for any faults or problems arising from any orders placed.

We may SMS or call you occasionally to ensure you’re happy with our service, and any feedback we gather may be distributed back to our member florists if it will assist in improving the operations of SendFlowers.

If you would like access to your personal information please direct your inquiry in writing to “The Privacy Officer, Send Flowers Pty Ltd, P.O Box 131 Brisbane Markets, Qld 4106”. Please allow 10 working days for the information to be retrieved. Please include your full name, a contact phone number (preferably mobile), the last date and postcode or suburb you sent flowers to.
